Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through agent recruitment, networking, and market research.
  
• Develop strategies to increase sales revenue by upselling/cross-selling relevant policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in General Insurance Sales or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of various types of general insurance products including motor insurance, vehicle insurance, health insurance, home insurance, travel insurance etc. .
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
