Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, leveraging relationships with industry partners and contacts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, improve processes, and implement effective service delivery strategies.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years' experience in B2B services sales or related field (e.g., consulting, IT).
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through upselling/cross-selling initiatives.
• Strong communication skills for effective outbound calling campaigns and inside sales interactions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
