Job Description:
The Manager HNI Sales at Bajaj Broking will drive acquisition, growth, and retention of high-net-worth clients by delivering customized investment solutions. The role focuses on revenue generation, client relationship management, and leading a high-performing sales team in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire 45 new HNI clients monthly and drive revenue growth.
• Promote equity products, cross-sell services, and expand MTF book.
• Maximize trading volumes through regular engagement and investor education.
• Track daily client activity and resolve queries promptly.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions and reviews.
• Distribute investment ideas and ensure continuous trading updates.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Ensure zero compliance errors and high service standards.
• Collaborate with research and advisory teams for client solutions.
• Monitor market trends and prepare sales and performance reports.
