Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer portfolios and recommend appropriate bond and stock investment

opportunities.

• Generate sales by convincing clients to choose the right investment products based on their financial goals.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular engagement and service support.

• Provide complete broking services such as:

• Opening Demat & Trading Accounts
• Assisting customers in executing trades

• Conduct financial need analysis to offer personalized solutions.

• Promote cross-selling across multiple financial products, including:

• Mutual Funds (SIP)
• General Insurance Products
• Bonds and Equity-Based Investments

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines during all customer interactions.

• Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to overall team performance.

• Maintain proper follow-ups, documentation, and update client information in CRM systems.

Preferred Skills & Requirements

• Strong product knowledge in Insurance Sales, Mutual Fund Sales, Equity/Bond Investments

• Experience in Demat Account Opening and capital market operations

• Excellent communication, convincing, and customer service skills

• Ability to convert leads into business and meet sales targets

• Basic market knowledge and interest in finance & stock market

• NISM Certification preferred (or willing to complete after joining)

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate (Finance preferred)
