• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Identify potential leads from various channels such as branch banking, bancassurance sales, and direct marketing.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance metrics like premium collection, policy issuance, etc.
