About this role
Roles and Responsibility
- Generate business through DSA/channel partners and direct sourcing, handle Home Loan and LAP leads from login to disbursement, build and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders and customers, achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets, coordinate with Credit, Operations and Legal teams for smooth processing, and ensure quality sourcing with timely follow-up on leads.

- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-8 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the mortgage industry.
- Strong knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products, including features, benefits, and risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
