Position: Relationship Manager (RM) Home Loan
Industry: NBFC
CTC: Up to 3.50 LPA
Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Home Loan business through field sales, open market sourcing, referrals, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
• Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle the complete loan process from lead generation to disbursement.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth customer service.

Eligibility

• Experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / NBFC / Banking / Financial Services / Field Sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented with a willingness to work in field sales.
