Relationship Manager

• Develop and maintain relationships with personnel in defense forces
• Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and on-ground activities
• Conduct field visits to defense establishments, cantonments, and related communities
• Organize and participate in outreach activities, events, and awareness programs
• Promote company products/services tailored for defense personnel
• Build trust and long-term engagement with clients and prospects
• Track and manage leads through CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure lead conversion
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets
• Provide market insights and feedback from the defense segment

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of defense ecosystem and protocols (preferred)

• Should be from defense background
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 26 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or business development
