Key Responsibilities:
Sales Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads through networking, social media, partnerships, and other channels.
- Conduct client consultations, understand requirements, and present customized wedding packages and services.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction throughout the wedding journey.
- Drive repeat business and referrals through strong client engagement and relationship building.
Team Leadership Collaboration
- Guide and support the sales and event planning teams to achieve business goals and enhance team performance.
- Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing to strengthen the team s capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum of 1- 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the wedding/event industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.
Flexibility to work timings, and holidays as required.
