Relationship Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in General Insurance, preferably with experience in Agency Channel.

• Recruiting and managing a team of financial advisors/agents to achieve business goals.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Providing training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitoring and evaluating team performance to ensure targets are met.

• Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Motor Insurance or General Insurance.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think creatively.
• Experience working in an Agency Channel environment, with knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
