Job Description (JD):

• Manage and develop relationships with bank branches and bank staff.
• Coordinate with bank employees to generate insurance business.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Generate leads through the bank’s customer base.
• Meet customers and explain suitable insurance products.
• Train and motivate bank staff to promote insurance products.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business.
• Maintain strong relationships with branch managers and bank officials.
• Track daily sales, leads, and business performance.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Conduct regular branch visits and review business performance.
• Prepare and share sales reports with management.
