Roles and Responsibility

• Managing and recruiting a team of financial advisors/agents to achieve business goals.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Providing training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitoring and evaluating team performance to ensure targets are met.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in relationship management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in Motor Insurance or General Insurance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in agency channel management and recruitment is an added advantage.
