About this role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general insurance, preferably with experience in agency channels.
Roles and Responsibility
- Recruiting and managing a team of financial advisors/agents to achieve business goals.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
