Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Conduct field sales activities such as visiting potential customers, making presentations, and closing deals.
  
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying leads, building networks, and generating referrals.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or related field (insurance industry preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of general insurance products and services.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets.
  

Requirements

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tamil communication skills preferred/required for market.
- Willingness to work in a field-sales environment.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required as per business requirement.
- Candidates with experience in BFSI, insurance, banking, telecom or direct sales will have an added advantage.
