Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions.
  
• Conduct field sales visits to meet new potential customers and promote banking products such as insurance, mutual funds, etc.
  
• Develop strong networks within the community by attending local events and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other banking products and services through direct sales efforts.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in relationship management or a related field (insurance industry preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of life insurance, health insurance, mutual funds, sales principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and negotiation.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
  

Requirements


- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tamil communication skills preferred/required for market.
- Willingness to work in a field-sales environment.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required as per business requirement.
- Candidates with experience in BFSI, insurance, banking, telecom or direct sales will have an added advantage.
