Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Conduct field sales activities, including visiting potential customers at their homes or offices to promote insurance products.
  
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying leads and converting them into paying customers.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales transactions, and product offerings.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in life insurance or health insurance industry as a relationship manager or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of field sales principles, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients over phone calls or face-to-face meetings.
  
• Ability to work independently from home office environment with minimal supervision.
  

Requirements


- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- experienced candidates apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tamil communication skills preferred/required for market.
- Willingness to work in a field-sales environment.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required as per business requirement.
- Candidates with experience in BFSI, insurance, banking, telecom or direct sales will have an added advantage.
