Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  
• Conduct needs analysis to determine the most suitable products for customers' requirements.
  
• Meet sales targets by selling life insurance policies, bancassurance products, or other relevant financial services.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving client queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in BFSI sales or related field (insurance sales, bancassurance sales).
  
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and ability to communicate effectively about them.
  
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
  
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving desired results.
