Relationship Manager - Yes Bank Channel

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of insurance products.
  
• Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for leads and converting them into paying customers.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of various insurance policies, including health, accidental, travel, motor, home, marine, fire, group credit life etc.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.
