Relationship Manager- YES Bank (Asansol & Kharagpur)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers in the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and key stakeholders.
• Generate life insurance business through the assigned bank branch and bancassurance channel.
• Work closely with bank Relationship Managers and branch teams to identify and convert insurance opportunities.
• Handle customer queries and provide support throughout the insurance sales and policy process.
• Follow up on leads, applications, documentation, and policy issuance.
