Key Responsibilities

• Source and drive business for Vishwas Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. ,
• Achieve business targets related to:
  • Loan disbursement volumes
  • Cross-sell products
  • Insurance sales ,
• Build and strengthen relationships with:
  • Kotak Bank Branches
  • DSAs (Direct Selling Agents)
  • Builders and channel partners ,
• Ensure location and team productivity and achievement of sales goals. ,
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through NPS and service standards. ,
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams for smooth loan processing. ,
• Drive cross-sell of CASA and Third Party Products (TPP). ,
• Ensure adherence to all internal policies, compliance and regulatory guidelines. ,

Eligibility / Experience

• Graduate in any discipline. ,
• Typically 1-3 years (or higher depending on grade) experience in:
  • Home Loans
  • LAP
  • Mortgage
  • Secured Lending
  • DSA / DST Channel Sales ,
• Strong relationship management and channel development skills. ,
• Knowledge of secured banking products preferred. ,
