Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients in Tirupati and surrounding areas.
- Proactively identify client needs and cross-sell relevant products and services, including but not limited to, banking products, investment solutions, and insurance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their financial progress and recommend adjustments to their financial plans as needed.
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach activities.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance and relationship management activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing relationship management role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and insurance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-oriented with a strong sales and business development acumen.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Telugu is preferred.
- Local market knowledge of Tirupati and surrounding areas is a significant advantage.
