Relationship Manager - Tamil/Malayalam/Kannada/Telugu

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential business clients through direct sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualification

• Any Graduate.
• Experience in Direct Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Customer Acquisition is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• 3 years of experience in Direct Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in client acquisition and corporate sales is an added advantage.
