Relationship Manager - Structured Finance

Job Purpose
- Responsible to assess and analyze digital credit applications using advanced data analytics and underwriting methodologies.
Evaluate creditworthiness of applicants, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and managing risk within acceptable levels.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
Automation across products
o Digital transformation of existing credit processes to address rising costs, new customer preferences
o Work closely with the Product, Technology and Business teams to devise the best and most innovative solutions for solving our customers needs.

o Manage and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights for decision-making.

Process Management
o Conduct thorough analysis of digital credit applications to assess the creditworthiness of individuals and businesses.

o Utilize advanced data analytics tools and technology to evaluate credit risk.

o Apply underwriting standards and policies to determine the appropriate credit limit and terms for approved loans.

o Analyzing various processes and recommending process changes to initiate cost savings , optimize resources and enhance operational efficiency
o Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level
Efficiency Productivity Improvement.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and legal, to streamline the credit approval process.

o Stay informed about changes in lending regulations and make necessary adjustments to underwriting practices.

o Efficiency Building through best practices in the market
