• Coordinate site visits between buyers and property owners.
• Follow up with customers to address queries and improve conversions.
• Coordinate with legal and sales teams for document verification and transaction support.
• Maintain accurate customer and property details in CRM systems.
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely service assistance.
• Achieve assigned service, sales, and conversion targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and regular follow-ups

Preferred candidate profile
