Relationship Manager /Senior Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through open-market sourcing, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer financial goals and recommend suitable financial products.
• Promote and sell financial products, including Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and other investment solutions.
• Generate business through client acquisition, cross-selling, and relationship management.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and provide quality customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• 210 years of experience in direct sales, financial services, banking, insurance, mutual funds, or wealth management.
• Experience in customer acquisition and relationship management is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in field sales and open-market sourcing.
