Job Locations:

• Bangalore: RM / SM –
• Bhubaneswar: RM /
• Mumbai: RM / SM – Immediate Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate LAP business through DSA and channel partners.
• Build and manage relationships with DSAs and other sourcing partners.
• Drive new customer acquisition and achieve monthly business targets.
• Handle the complete loan sales cycle, from sourcing to disbursement.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of LAP business.
• Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Retail LAP – DSA Vertical.
• Strong knowledge of LAP products and DSA sourcing.
• Proven sales track record in NBFCs or financial institutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
