• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction.
• Drive renewals, service upgrades, and overall client retention.
• Upsell and cross-sell broking products, subscriptions, and advisory services.
• Educate clients on platform tools and new features to enhance active usage.
• Consistently achieve monthly revenue, retention, and upsell targets.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth, impactful client experience.
• Proactively engage with mapped clients to understand needs and suggest solutions.
• Generate referrals through strong client rapport and service quality.

• Prior experience in the stock market; derivatives knowledge preferred.
• Experience in sales or relationship management roles of 2+ years
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to influence and drive conversions.

• No cold calling- work only with an active organic client base.
• Ongoing training on stock markets to support continuous learning.
