Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals interested in building a career in the General Insurance industry. The role focuses on channel partner onboarding, relationship management, and business development across OEM, SME, and Agency Motor channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the business network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective channel partners.
• Support channel partners in understanding insurance products, processes, and business opportunities.
• Drive business growth through partner engagement, coordination, and relationship management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for channel partners.
• Track partner performance and identify opportunities to improve business generation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to work in a sales-oriented, target-driven environment.
• Enthusiasm to learn about the General Insurance industry and develop channel partnerships.
