Relationship Manager / Sales Executive /Stock Broking

Please note: this is a target-based SALES role. You will call clients, help them open demat accounts and sell financial products such as mutual funds, insurance and loans. You will have monthly targets. If you are looking for a non-sales customer support or back-office job, this role is not for you.

EquityBy is an Authorised Person (sub-broker) of Angel One, one of India's leading stockbroking firms. We help retail investors open demat and trading accounts and invest in stocks, mutual funds, insurance and loans. We are growing our team in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new clients for demat and trading accounts through company leads, referrals and digital channels (tele sales / inside sales)
• Guide clients through online account opening, eKYC and documentation
• Make sure each account is activated, funded and actively used
• Guide clients in using the Angel One app: placing orders, adding funds and reading reports
• Be the main point of contact for client queries (login, fund transfer, brokerage, statements)
• Call inactive clients regularly to re-engage them
• Cross-sell mutual funds, insurance and personal / business loans
• Handle walk-in customers at the office
• Maintain records in CRM / daily reports
• Achieve monthly targets for account openings, activations and product sales
• Follow SEBI, exchange and company compliance guidelines
Desired Candidate Profile
• Any graduate (BBA / BCom / BA / BSc preferred)
• Freshers or up to 2 years in sales, tele sales, telecalling, customer service, relationship management or financial services
• Interest in the stock market. Full training will be provided.
• Must speak English and at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam). Hindi is a plus.
• Confident on phone calls, target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM)
