Role: Relationship Manager – Real Estate Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end sales of new and vacant properties.

• Connect with interested clients through CRM-generated leads.

• Generate leads and conduct property site visits.

• Manage buyer negotiations and close deals.

• Achieve weekly targets of 5–6 prospective site visits.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.

• Must be currently unemployed or serving notice period.

• Two-wheeler is mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed CTC: 3–5 LPA (for experienced candidates).

• Uncapped performance-based incentives.

• Potential to earn 35,000+ in monthly incentives on achieving minimum targets.

• 1 lakh+ monthly incentives for consistent performers.

• Target-based appraisals and promotion opportunities every 3 months.

• 5-day work week.
