Job Summary

PANOU Advisory Private Limited is hiring Relationship Managers for our growing team in Pune. We are looking for motivated professionals with experience in Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, or Loan Against Property to drive customer acquisition, sales, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for PL/BL, Home Loans and LAP.
• Acquire new customers through direct sourcing, references, and business networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, banks, and financial institutions for smooth processing.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

• Candidates with a strong local market network will be preferred.
