Role & responsibilities

MBA graduates with 1+ year experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Client Servicing, Marketing, Advertising, or similar roles. Candidates with experience in marketing/advertising, brand activations, or working directly/indirectly with residential societies will be preferred. Candidates from e-commerce, hyperlocal, consumer-tech, or community platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Zomato, Swiggy, MyGate, Pronto, First Club, etc. will be an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills. Comfortable with target-driven roles and regular follow-ups. Key Responsibilities Connect with Society POCs/RWAs and secure campaign approvals. Explain campaigns, commercials, and execution plans. Handle objections and negotiate for approvals. Maintain accurate approval and POC data. Coordinate with Business, Operations, and Execution teams. Achieve defined calling, follow-up, and approval KPIs
