Role & responsibilities

*Connect with RWAs and Society Office Bearers to secure campaign approvals.(Marketing Activities, Campaign Activities)

*Manage follow-ups, maintain CRM/documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Preferred candidate profile

*Customer Support, Customer Delight, Customer Success, Customer Retention, Relationship Management,Collections, or Client Servicing.

*Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * English & Hindi proficiency is mandatory.
