• Manage and grow the existing NRI customer portfolio
• Offer end-to-end NRI banking solutions including:
  • NRE / NRO / FCNR Accounts
  • Deposits, Remittances, and Forex Services
  • Home Loans, Investments, and Wealth Products
• Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, FATCA, and RBI guidelines
• Achieve CASA, deposit, revenue, and cross-sell targets
• Build long-term relationships by providing personalized service and advisory
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Trade Forex, Wealth, Credit)
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
