Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through calls, digital platforms, references, and other sources.
• Connect with NRI clients to understand their property requirements and investment preferences.
• Project Pitch: Present and explain real estate projects, pricing, configurations, amenities, and payment plans through calls and video calls.
• Fix Event Slots: Coordinate with interested leads and schedule suitable slots for project presentations, virtual events, or property-related events.
• Event Attendance: Ensure client attendance at scheduled events, presentations, and virtual meetings through timely confirmations and follow-ups.
• Conduct virtual meetings and property presentations to engage prospective NRI buyers.
• Recommend suitable real estate projects based on client requirements and budgets.
• Follow up with leads regularly and guide clients throughout the sales and booking process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Update lead details, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and client interactions in the CRM.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to pitch real estate projects confidently over calls and video calls.
• Strong lead follow-up, scheduling, and client coordination skills.
• Good organizational skills to manage event slots and ensure attendance.
• Prior experience in real estate sales for NRI/ NRI RMs from Banking is preferred.
