Role: Relationship Manager / Agency Manager
Channel: Motor Insurance Agency Channel

Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA
• Travel Allowance: 3,000 per month
• GMC: 2 Lakhs
• Accidental Cover: 10 Lakhs
• Monthly Incentives: Up to 1.5 Lakh

Preferred Profile

• Experience in health insurance /Motor Insurance / general insurance agency channel preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and local market visits.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
• Candidates with an existing agent/advisor network will be preferred.
