Relationship Manager- Mid Corporate- Mumbai

We are hiring an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with Mid-Corporate clients within the Wholesale Solutions business.

This is a sector-agnostic role, and candidates with experience across areas such as Project Finance, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Power and other corporate segments may be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new Mid-Corporate clients through prospecting, lead generation and business development.
• Build, maintain and deepen relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized financial solutions.
• Drive assigned business and sales targets and expand the client book.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities based on client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitive offerings and potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Risk and Operations for smooth execution and resolution of client requirements.
• Prepare and track relevant business/MIS reports.
• Monitor client and portfolio performance and support portfolio quality.
• Provide relevant financial-risk inputs on client proposals and support proposal finalization.

Ideal Candidate

• CA / MBA from a Tier-1 / premium institute
• Experience in Mid-Corporate / Large Corporate / Corporate Lending / Wholesale Solutions
• Strong experience in client acquisition and relationship management
• Proven exposure to business development and portfolio/book growth
• Experience handling corporate clients across relevant industries
• Strong communication, networking and stakeholder-management skills
• Willingness to travel as required.
