Relationship Manager - Merchant Engagement

Key Job Responsibilities:

* Visit assigned retail merchants as per beat plan and maintain strong relationships

* Drive adoption and usage of the affordability financing application at Mobile and Consumer Durable/IT (CDIT) outlets

* Influence store owners and sales staff to maximize application usage and transaction share

* Resolve merchant concerns and ensure consistent month-on-month business growth

* Achieve GMV and productivity targets within the assigned territory

* Track market trends and share competitive insights

Ideal Candidate:

* Graduate with 2-5 years of field sales experience

* Experience managing retail merchants in Mobile, Consumer Durables, Telecom, Banking, Fintech, NBFC, Electronics Distribution, or SaaS sectors

* Strong relationship management and influencing skills

* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

* Target-driven with a willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Experience:

Candidates who are managing B2B merchant engagement with the merchants who are selling mobiles, electronics, consumer durables, financing products, or other channel-driven businesses.
