Relationship Manager - Life Insurance Direct Sales

THIS IS A FIELD SALES ROLE with monthly sales targets. Candidates with field sales experience in ANY sector can apply - BFSI / Insurance / Banking sales experience will be preferred.

We are hiring for one of the top reputed Life Insurance companies - Relationship Manager (Life Insurance Direct Sales) in Delhi (Janakpuri). 3 open positions.

Role: Sell life insurance directly to customers - using company leads and your own network - and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet customers from company leads and self-sourcing, explain life insurance plans and close sales

• Achieve monthly sales and persistency (renewal) targets

• Build relationships for repeat and referral business

• Follow IRDAI and company compliance norms

Must Haves:

• Graduate and above (any stream)

• Minimum 1 year of FIELD SALES experience in any sector - BFSI / Insurance / Bancassurance preferred

• Good communication in Hindi and English

• Own two-wheeler

• West Delhi candidates preferred

Salary: Rs 2,50,000 - 5,00,000 per annum (based on experience) + attractive incentives
