Relationship Manager - Large Corporate - Real Estate

Role Purpose:

To manage and grow relationships with large corporate clients by providing comprehensive banking solutions, driving business growth, mobilizing liabilities, and delivering credit and transaction banking products. The role involves managing an assigned corporate portfolio, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring strong client engagement while maintaining credit quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Manage and deepen relationships with large corporate clients, including listed companies, conglomerates, and major business groups.

- Business Development: Acquire new corporate relationships and grow existing portfolios through cross-selling of banking products and services.

- Credit & Lending: Identify lending opportunities, structure working capital facilities, term loans, trade finance limits, and other credit solutions in coordination with credit teams.

- Liability Mobilization: Drive current account and other corporate deposit balances, along with cash management and transaction banking opportunities.

- Transaction Banking: Promote solutions such as cash management services (CMS), payments, collections, trade finance, letters of credit, and bank guarantees.

- Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio performance, credit exposure, utilization, account conduct, and early warning signals; ensure timely review and renewal of credit facilities.

- Financial Analysis: Analyze corporate financial statements, business performance, industry trends, and creditworthiness to identify opportunities and risks.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Credit, Treasury, Trade Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to deliver customized solutions.

- Revenue & Target Achievement: Meet business targets for advances, deposits, fee income, cross-selling, and overall portfolio profitability.

- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, RBI guidelines, KYC requirements, and other regulatory standards.
