Relationship Manager - LAP (SME)

Role & responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition and business development for SME Mortgage and LAP products.
• Develop and manage DSA, connector, and channel partner relationships.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure portfolio quality and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Mortgage/LAP sales.
• Strong experience in Prime LAP segment is mandatory.
• Experience in handling ticket sizes ranging from 50 Lakhs to 5 Crores.
• Candidate should have a minimum 1 year stability in the current organization.
• Hands-on experience in DSA acquisition, channel management, and partner engagement is required.
• Strong understanding of the Hyderabad market with an established DSA network.
• Local Hyderabad candidates will be preferred.
• CIBIL score should be above 650.
• Candidate should be a consistent performer with a strong track record of earning attractive incentives in the current organization.
• Excellent relationship management, business development, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills.
• Ability to source quality business, build long-term customer relationships, and consistently achieve assigned business targets.
