Job Summary

This is an opportunity for a Relationship Manager - Insurance to take up a meaningful commercial role in Jaipur.

Responsibilities

• The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining relevant financial products or services, maintaining a structured pipeline and building relationships over time.
• Depending on the assignment, there may also be branch, field, partner or portfolio responsibilities and regular performance reporting.
• Customer-facing sales or relationship experience is useful, while relevant experience from other industries will also be considered.
• There is scope to take on more responsibility as performance develops, particularly for candidates who demonstrate ownership and sound judgement.
• The expected experience range is 3-7 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
• Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant.
