Products Exp: Home Loans OR Combo exp of HL and LAP

Ticket Size: LAP: up to 50 Lacks and HL: up to 1 Cr

Experience: Relevant product exp.

Job Description:

• Drive & achieve increased quarterly sales targets, productivity & business development operations
• Market Penetration through direct/indirect marketing activities
• Manage and lead the RM/ROs at the branch
• Build, manage and promote relationship with Channel Partner in order to generate new customer leads
• Ideating & training the team to enhance the brand awareness and enhance sales engine
• Interface with the customer and provide efficient service
• Work towards building a credit worthy portfolio at the branch
