Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers for our Home Finance division. The role focuses exclusively on developing and managing Direct Selling Agent (DSA) partnerships to generate home loan business.

The ideal candidate should have experience in banking sales, home loans, or NBFC operations, along with strong relationship management, networking, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and develop new DSA partners for home loan business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing DSA partners.
• Generate home loan business through the DSA sourcing channel.
• Regularly engage with DSA partners to improve business volumes and sourcing productivity.
• Support DSA partners with product information, documentation requirements, and loan processing coordination.
• Monitor business performance and work towards achieving assigned targets.
• Explore new opportunities to expand the DSA network and strengthen market presence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of sourced home loan applications.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking sales, home loans, housing finance, or NBFC.
• Experience in DSA channel management and relationship management is preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships with DSA partners.
• Good business development and coordination skills.
• Candidates with experience in home loan sourcing through the DSA channel will be preferred.
