About this role
Job Summary
We are having an urgent requirement for the position of Relationship Manager- HNI Acquisition for Chennai.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to drive HNI client acquisition, CASA growth and deepening existing relationships.
- Drive engagement across banking investment products Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Trade Forex, Wealth Insurance, Credit Cards and cross-sell opportunities.
- Enhance product holding per client through targeted cross-sell, privilege program onboarding and quality NTB acquisition.
- Plan and monitor RM performance, ensure activity discipline, tele-calling quality and achievement of revenue goal sheet targets.
- Conduct joint client meetings to strengthen HNI engagement and improve wallet share.
- Collaborate with product and support teams for smooth delivery of solutions across business lines and improve client experience.
- Ensure digital adoption, campaign execution and client outreach effectiveness.
