The role involves expanding the health insurance business through the agency channel by recruiting, managing, and supporting insurance Advisors /agents while achieving sales and business targets.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  Recruit, onboard, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
  Drive health insurance business through the agency channel.
  Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business targets.
  Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, advisors, and customers.
