Relationship Manager Gold loan

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire gold loan process from lead generation to disbursement, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Conduct thorough gold valuations using various methods to determine the value of gold ornaments for loan purposes.
• Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing queries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining accurate records of transactions.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry or related field (gold appraisal/loan).
• Strong knowledge of gold valuation techniques and regulations governing gold loans.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
