Relationship Manager - General Insurance

We are hiring Relationship Manager General Insurance for Broking Agency

Locations: Mumbai | Pune | Nashik | Delhi | Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through direct sales and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable General Insurance products.
• Handle policy renewals and existing client servicing.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with insurers for quotations, policy issuance and servicing.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in General Insurance / Insurance Broking / Direct Sales / B2B Sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented with good business development skills.
• Candidates with relevant insurance sales experience preferred.
• Salary: 15,000 to 30,000 + Incentives
