About the Role

SMC Insurance Brokers is looking for dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Managers / Senior Relationship Managers to manage insurance sales and customer relationships at automobile dealerships under the MISP (Motor Insurance Service Provider) model.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive motor insurance sales through assigned OEM/dealership outlets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership management and sales teams.
• Work closely with dealership teams to maximize insurance penetration and conversions.
• Generate business from new vehicle sales and support renewal opportunities.
• Ensure smooth coordination between SMC Insurance Brokers, dealership teams, and customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Monitor daily business, leads, conversions, and overall dealership performance.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with dealership stakeholders to improve business volumes.
• Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance requirements, and service standards.

Candidate Profile

• 24 years of experience in motor insurance, dealership sales, OEM sales, bancassurance, or related sales roles.
• Experience working with automobile dealerships will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and business development.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with dealership teams.
• Good knowledge of motor insurance products and processes will be an advantage.
