Position: Relationship Manager

Location:Banglore

Role description:

• Handle company-provided leads and ganerate on your own.
• Schedule and conduct client visits
• Recommend and sell health insurance products
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain follow-ups, reports, and CRM updates
• Coordinate with backend teams for policy processing

Work Structure & Benefits:

• Field visits
• Day shift with weekly offs
• 30%-40% leads provided by the company + training support provided
• Average monthly incentives up to 50K - 1Lac(performance-based)
• 150 -250 travel allowance per client visit.
